Our Managed IT Solutions are all about providing you with cost certainty across the agreed scope of services. You can budget your IT for the year without getting surprise bills. Importantly, you’ll know Bluestar IT’s services will be delivered at a set price and that we’ll take ownership and responsibility for whatever is in your managed service agreement.

We provide a fixed price proposal to manage the scope of the work. Depending on your requirements, our services include regular maintenance tasks, checks, test backups, installation of updates, and more.

And, if it takes us a bit longer or if there’s a problem that needs to be sorted out and it’s in the scope of your agreement, you don’t get the bill; we do.
