Matthew Hobbs
Founder and Managing Director – Matthew began his IT career over 30 years ago as a software developer in the distribution sector. After gaining several year’s IT experience with a major telecommunications carrier, Matthew launched Bluestar IT to help businesses with their technology needs. Matthew works directly with clients as a Technology Advisor and has been instrumental in the ongoing growth of Bluestar IT.
Joseph Caruso
Joseph joined the Bluestar IT team in 2000 as a Senior Network Engineer. Joseph is responsible for network infrastructure planning, client support and management. Originally from New York, USA, Joseph has over 25 years of industry experience, having worked for Gateway Australia and Hewlett Packard before joining the Bluestar IT team.
Allan Go
Allan is an IT veteran with over 20 years of experience, bringing a wealth of enterprise-level experience to Bluestar. In a stint spanning more than 15 years, Allan was elevated to Senior Technical Support Officer at Australia Post, supporting eight major locations and over 5000 users. Having joined Bluestar IT over four years ago, Allan continues to utilise his experience to deliver innovative technology solutions for our customers.
Dale Tandy
With extensive experience in web and email hosting platforms, Dale brings over 20 years of IT support experience. Dale has been instrumental in delivering innovative cloud-based solutions for our customers, helping to transform their technology environments into fast, reliable and scalable assets for their businesses.
Marlene Hobbs
Marlene joined Bluestar IT in 2003 as General Manager – Client Services. With a strong background in customer service, Marlene has helped to transform our service team into the customer-focused, well-oiled machine that it is today. With extensive experience in procurement, administration, accounts, and service delivery, Marlene is a highly valued member of our team.
